I am open to working with anyone who is interested in taking responsibility for and learning how to work with their own sexuality, desire and energetics. These practices are relevant to any and every body that wants to fall more deeply in love with themselves and their life, regardless of gender identity or sexual preference.

Towards the deeper embodiment of erotic energy:

We initially emphasize grounding and learning basic tools for grounding and self regulation.

Then moving towards indentifying, loosening and clearing blockages; becoming more fluid and spontaneous moving sexual energy. Working somatically to bring more balance, relaxation and regulation to the body, gently building the capacity to contain and maintain higher energetic states.

Opening and softening to allow erotic energy to freely permeate and enliven the body, psyche and spirit. Appropriate for addressing a variety of sexual concerns from low libido, creative blocks, physical pain, lack of emotional fluidity, unclarity of desire, dissatisfaction in relationships, or simply wanting to be more orgasmic!

Sexual Energy Practice: Working with the Jade Egg
(Just for women)
A series of six weekly sessions in sexual energy practice. Beginning with practices for loosening and harmonizing stagnation or blockage in the sexual energy; progressing to practices for opening and healing the entrance to the yoni in tandem with some theory on the sexual reflexology of the yoni and the innumerable benefits of jade egg practice. In the second half of the series we will learn to raise and sublimate energy, finally storing and circulating it.  

As with any session I give, your body is the guide which will direct, pace and illuminate the process we initiate together. I will always invite you to yield to your intuition and the body’s wisdom over any agenda, even if it means we must take more time in any aspect of the process.

*I draw on many practices that come directly from the Taoist tradition of sexual energy practice as transmitted to me through my teacher Minke de Vos.
