Who am I & what can I do for you?
My name is Sayde and I’ll support you on the path to owning your relationship to erotic energy.
I do this for two reasons: First, it’s a path that I have personally navigated and continue to deepen. Secondly, I have a deep desire to see artists of all kinds, particularly musicians, liberated from shame and sexual repression so that they can make more energized, imaginative and risky work.
I do not consider myself a healer, energy worker or therapist. I see myself as a practical activist for something that is deeply important to me: the right and responsibility every human being has to discover, activate and claim their erotic nature.

My Experience:
Sex and music are the two most important things in my life. This has been true from the day that I was born. At age three I told my parents I wanted to be a musician and that desire never dimmed. However, at that time I didn’t know that I would end up devoting the majority of my adult life to learning to heal from sexual abuse and the trauma of having grown up in a sexually-oppressive, anti-life, christian cult. I escaped this cult, but not without sustained damage to my relationship to my two deepest loves: sex and music.
Within the cult, these interests (as well as my natural wild, erotic messiness) were met with every flavor of violence and I experienced a heartbreaking rupture with my sense of self.
Driven by need and desire, I started to turn inward in order to find out what had gone off and how to heal myself and repair this rupture. This process began more seriously in my late adolescence when, by chance or grace, I became the student of a Lama in a Tantric lineage of Tibetan Buddhism (the Vajryana lineage) who would end up being my teacher and mentor for the next 13 years. One of the most profound gifts of this mentorship was a deep understanding of the sacred dimension of sex and a cultivated respect and reverence for the basic life force energy (eros). These understandings eventually led me to study Tao Tantric Sexual Arts with Minke De Vos and Shashi Solluna. I consequently certified with them as a facilitator of these practices. I then deepened my studies of Taoist Sexual Arts with Minke de Vos and David Gyurkovics, certifying as a Qigong instructor within the Tao Alchemy Arts Organization.
You could say I’m about sexual healing. And it’s true, I offer that, I practice that, I study that. However, at the root of it I am deeply passionate about getting tools into people's hands so that they have what’s needed to liberate themselves from inhibition, shame and overall confusion about their sexual nature. Because:
THE RECLAMATION OF OUR SEXUALITY IS THE RECLAMATION OF OUR WHOLENESS! THIS MEANS THAT THROUGH OWNING OUR SEXUALITY WE EFFECTIVELY INDIVIDUATE AND COME INTO DEEP UNION WITH LIFE SIMULTANEOUSLY. IT IS THE SAME PROCESS!!
